Why am I not receiving your Tip Letter anymore?
Most often, one of two things has happened: (1) you moved and
forgot to send us your new email address, or (2) you installed
a spam filter that is blocking us. If neither of these happened,
be patient. We've been sending out the Tip Letter about every two
weeks - but occasionally it's longer between issues.
If you installed a spam filter that creates false positives, shame
on you. Change to Spam Slicer.
Unsubscribe instructions
To unsubscribe, please use the links at the bottom of a recent
Megabyte Minute Tip Letter. This will get you off our list immediately.
Of course, if you have a complaint about our issues, we'd rather
have you tell us, then to unsubscribe. That way we can take appropriate
action
Address Changes
To change your email address, use the link at the bottom of a
recent Megabyte Minute Tip Letter.
Profile Changes
You can also change your profile the same way - including html/text/AOL
delivery, suggesting your favorite topics, and more.
Suggestions:
- Don't reply to the Tip Letter to change or unsubscribe.
It won't work, and you'll just get frustrated. Use the proper links
at the bottom instead.
- If you're changing your email address, this would be a great time
for you to start using Spam Slicer to manage your subscriptions
and avoid junk email.
- If you're getting the Tip Letter in plain text, consider changing
to html format
We appreciate it when you send us a change of address in advance
of shutting off your old address.
